ABOUT HELPING HANDS OF STONE SOUP

felicia_edited.jpg

Stone Soup was the heartfelt dream of Felecia K. Peacock. Having endured childhood trauma and sexual abuse, Felecia struggled with addiction and often felt undervalued and unheard. Her vision was to create a safe space where people could find their voice, feel valued, and come together as a community to share arts, crafts, and ideas.

To bring her dream to life, Felecia gathered a strong circle of women: her best friend Lori, her daughter-in-law Margot, and her husband’s sister Margie. Together, they worked tirelessly toward this goal.

Tragically, Felecia’s life was cut short in late December 2022. However, her dream lives on through the dedication of her husband Michael and the circle of women she inspired. Felecia had a deep passion for supporting victims of human trafficking and sexual abuse. In her honor, the mission continues to grow—empowering the community through education and raising awareness to protect loved ones from human trafficking.

Join us in keeping Felecia’s dream alive by making a difference together.
